The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Mental Health, Wellbeing and Recovery Business Partner to join our team. This role is central to shaping and delivering our Health and Wellbeing strategy - helping employees thrive, supporting safe and sustainable return to work, and promoting a culture of care and accountability across the organisation.

About the role
- Lead wellbeing and mental health initiatives that strengthen resilience and psychological safety.
- Partner with leaders to build capability in supporting employee wellbeing
- Manage our Employee Assistance Program and BodyCare initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in Return to Work, Recovery and Fitness for Work programs
- Oversee workers’ compensation activities, ensuring compliance and quality outcomes
- Monitor trends, analyse data and provide insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Lead a team of 2 direct reports

This role requires a balance of day-to-day operational support with delivery of long-term strategic projects to build a healthier, safer workplace.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health.
- State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) Return to Work coordinator training.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in injury management, recovery at work or wellbeing roles.
- Experience implementing strategic recovery and return to work programs.
- Strong compliance focus with the ability to manage confidential matters.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
