If you are keen to be part of this multinational organisation where your skills and calibre will be intensified, then we have an exciting opportunity available., Based, at our Australian head office located in Kings Park, NSW(North-West of Sydney) we are searching for a Production Planner to join our team.

**Job Description**:
The Production Planner will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and will support the production, logistics, and purchasing teams in effectively planning and scheduling production orders within SAP.

**Specific Tasks**
- Schedule ATO, MTS and ETO production orders to meet required dates with consideration for production capacity
- Track & control production order progress and minimise deviation with support from the production manager and supervisors
- Support with prioritisation of resources and problem solving of bottlenecks
- Bring expertise to the creation and maintenance of missing parts reports
- Setup and maintain material forecasts in SAP
- Coordinate BOM & Production order amendments and stock returns
- Assist in miscellaneous production related planning activities and summarising material shortages with the Procurement and Logistics teams
- Revise all production orders to ensure they are scheduled correctly against required lead time and customers’ requirements
- Safety stock review and product forecast updated and aligned with seasonal demand
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager with adhoc duties required to support delivery of project

**Qualifications**:
**We are seeking a motivational individual with**
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Strong understanding of Production Planning process with a minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP Production Planning module and MRP logic
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ideally possess a level of mechanical aptitude in order to have an understanding of our products
- Engagement as a proactive team player
