**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Our National Visual Merchandising Manager will be the brand custodian for all shopping touchpoints, leading the visual merchandising & animation strategy. We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented individual with high quality standards that supports consumer journey excellence, and enhances MCoBeauty’s brand image.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceive and implement visual design brand strategy for MCoBeauty & ModelCo, for all permanent and temporary point of sale executions, across the retail network of Grocery, Discount Department Retail and Pharmacy accounts and additional networks and events as required
- Work closely with field sales, marketing and account managers to ensure visual merchandising touchpoints consider the entire consumer journey and facilitate omni-channel experiences & data collection
- Lead end to end project management with local and international vendors and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with external stakeholders (vendors and retailers) to achieve collective business outcomes
- Project management of end-to-end POS processes with seamless stakeholder management both internal and external
- Manage projection and forecast of store openings by customer in order to deliver seamless execution. Inclusive but not limited to POS Inventory management, timeline requirements etc.
- Ownership of the visual merchandising & POS budget with efficient tracking and performance reviews as required
- Create and maintain project schedules and seasonal planners to ensure they are aligned with campaigns, key deliveries and promotional timelines.
- Ensure compliance of all executions with technical, safety, legal and sustainability requirements.
- Delivering precise planning and execution inclusive of activity and campaign planning in line with business and customer needs
- Innovating within your role and cross-functionally to ensure MCoBeauty’s competitive advantage within market
- Providing actionable insights from report analysis at sales updates and performance reviews as required
- Ongoing productivity management and reporting with regular resource review to ensure efficient and effective implementation of strategy.
- Established network of local and international connections (manufacturers, suppliers etc)

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Experienced in Grocery, Discount Department Retail and Pharmacy accounts - in particular Woolworths, Big W, Chemist Warehouse (advantageous)
- You have 4+ years previous experience within a similar role, having mastered visual merchandising fundamentals
- Minimum 3+ years project management experience
- A background in shopfitting, design and industrial design (advantageous)
- Work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project and time management with superior attention to detail.
- You will be highly technical and have an intermediate competency with excel
- Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Microsoft Suite and additional program competencies
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
