**About the Role**:
Duties in this role may include:
- Providing clinical services of the highest possible standard to clinical pharmacology patients of SALHN, both in terms of individual performance and by contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to the delivery of patient care.
- Active involvement in teaching medical students and junior medical staff.
- The provision of therapeutic drug monitoring and toxicology services by the Department of Clinical Pharmacology for SA Pathology including the interpretation and reporting of drug assay and toxicology results
- Participation in research and development programs in Clinical Pharmacology under appropriate academic supervision
**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
- Registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.
- FRACP part 1 exam or equivalent.
- Ability to undertake training in and contribute effectively to medical education at medical undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Awareness of person and family centred care principles and consumer engagement principles and procedures.
