Grounds Maintenance and Shuttle Driver

**Position**: Grounds Maintenance and Shuttle Driver

**Location**: Jandakot

**Job Summary**

A great and unique opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated Grounds Maintenance and Shuttle Driver. This is a part-time permanent role based in Jandakot. Split shift options are available.

**AM **- Commencing 6.45 am to complete the shuttle runs then on to grounds/depot tasks until 10.15 am (3.5 hours).

**PM **- Commencing 2.00 pm to complete grounds/depot tasks and the shuttle runs until 5.00 pm (3.0 hours).

**About the role**
- Monday to Friday morning & afternoon Shuttle Runs and adhoc Shuttle Runs as required;
- Minor Fleet maintenance tasks; Car cleans, car checks, drop offs
- Basic computer operation; E-mails, calendar, Microsoft Office program
- Depot & Building maintenance inspections and minor handyman tasks
- Office & adhoc tasks as required
- Co-ordinate the efforts of ATCO’s Grounds Maintenance Contractor

In conjunction with ATCO’s Landscaping Contractor maintain ATCO’s gardens in a neat and presentable condition;
- Operate lawn mower, whipper snipper, leaf blower hand tools, etc;
- Treat weeds, fertilise lawns and garden beds;
- Operate garden reticulation systems;
- Look after ATCO’s waste area, keep area neat and tidy;
- Assist ATCO to prepare the depots grounds for VIP events.

**What we are looking for**
- "C" Class Drivers Licence
- Forklift Drivers Licence
- Bobcat Licence (Desirable)
- "MR" Drivers Licence (Desirable)
