The Position and its Responsibilities

You will work with the whole marketing team across both retention and acquisition to ensure that we send the right messages, to the right people, at the right time so that our customers look forward to hearing from us and can’t fathom the idea of leaving us. You will also work with your counterparts in the US and the UK to continually make sure we are using the best practices globally.

To nail your job you will
- Build audience targeting workflows in collaboration with the Head of Repeat Marketing and Head of Onboarding
- Ensure content aligns with Naked tone of voice & branding, obtaining all relevant internal approvals
- Work with global teams to share and embed global best practice and testing.

Your team
- You’ll report to the Head of Repeat Marketing

**Requirements**:

- SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical background with continuous improvement mindset.
- HTML & Adestra/Upland experience is a plus but not necessar
- Self-starter mentality; excited by a growth environment and willing to get stuck in
- Highly organised; Strong work ethic
- Superior verbal and written communications skills and extreme attention-to-detail
- No need for wine experience (although some solid wine appreciation is a plus)
