One of Australia's most respected charitable and NFP organisations is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team for an initial 12-month Fixed-term contract.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid performance across digital and offline channels.
- Strategically collaborate with external agencies to experiment with new marketing trends and technologies.
- Run successful paid campaigns across digital, programmatic, and social channels.
- Working on multi-million dollar campaigns.
- Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance, deriving insights to drive future initiatives.
- Stay informed about marketing trends, platform updates, and audience engagement tactics.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar marketing role with a relevant degree.
- Experience with Programmatic Media and Paid Social campaign management (DV360 and Trade Desk highly desired)
- Experience in coordinating media agencies and other third-party suppliers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM software and reporting.
