**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a disability and healthcare services provider, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland. Unidex provide attendant care services, community nursing and a range of other services to participants located throughout the country.
We are NDIS registered and we are also registered providers for several other funding schemes across the country. Our expertise is around delivering care to participants that require high needs or complex supports.
**The Role**:
We are looking for a Team Leader, to lead the Client Services Delivery team in our office in Adelaide, South Australia. This role will be a hybrid role where you will be working as a team leader that not only leads the service delivery team but also is able to account manage and recruit where necessary. Reporting to the State Manager, you will also be focusing on business development to help drive business into the company.
Unidex Healthcare's goal is to ensure we provide high-quality care aligned to best practice and need a strong leader to ensure that this is maintained and delivered to the participants we support. There is also a high level of compliance that we need to adhere to which would also be a responsibility that you need to uphold.

**Background Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in a Management or Leadership role
- Experience working in the disability or healthcare sector
- Previous experience in executing business plans and strategies
- Experience in managing and building high-performing teams
- Experience in business development and generating new leads
