**About the Role**

As a Baker, you will play a key role in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of breads, and baked goods. You will be responsible for maintaining Bread Social standards of quality, consistency, and enjoy working as part of a team.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

- Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of baking methods, dough preparation, and food safety
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail

Salary & Remuneration
- **$70,000 - $77,000 per year**, depending on skills and experience
- **11.5% superannuation (12% from 1 July 2025)**
