- **Salary ranges from $101,947 - $112,849 pa + super**

This is an exciting ongoing opportunity to join our LAHC team as a Programs Supervisor. Are you chasing a great team culture and a role where you can really make a difference in the community? Then this role is for you The successful applicant will:

- Coordinate the development of LAHC’s quarterly Program of Works for a defined contract area(s) and the respective estimates/negotiations with contractors.
- Manage the estimating/negotiating process when one-off quotations are required from contractors.
- Coordinate Building & Essential Services works, including but not limited to high-rise, fire safety and lift management.
- Manage and program the Building Essential Services planned works program along with providing Regional input into the fire upgrading and building compliance requirements.
- Lead and supervise Maintenance Program Officers providing operational guidance and direction of workload and priority allocations as well as managing staff performance.

Essential Requirements
- Trade qualifications and/or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills with MS Project skills.
- Current driver’s license.

LAHC is a Public Trading Enterprise within the DPE cluster responsible for the public housing portfolio. LAHC owns and manages the Government’s public housing portfolio of some 125,000 properties within New South Wales.

Future Directions for Social Housing in NSW (Future Directions) sets out the Government’s vision to transform the social housing system over the next 10 years with LAHC playing a critical role in delivering the benefits of this new and innovative model for social housing. A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC’s social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
