This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 5-month contract paying $53.90/Hour + Super. This role is located in Surry Hills.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Program Officer with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for the delivery of vacant restoration services, managing site preparation for sale and demolition, ensuring security protocols are in place, and overseeing general maintenance services for our development and sales sites.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Manage the delivery of vacant restoration services, including modifications, to ensure the sites are ready for sale or demolition.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of sites for sale and demolition, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Implement and monitor security management protocols to safeguard the development and sales sites, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
- Supervise and coordinate general maintenance services for the development and sales sites, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues or risks and take proactive measures to address them.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to the program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.

**About You**
- Must have valid White Card and willing to obtain a WWCC certificate.
- Previous Government experienced is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in program management or a related field, preferably in the construction or redevelopment industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to redevelopment and site management.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
