We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Manager. Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth procurement regulations and policies such as the PGPA Act, procurement connected policies, Commonwealth Procurement Rules etc;
- Extensive experience in ASDEFCON suite of contracting templates or equivalent complex contracting documentation
- Formal contracting qualifications i.e. Certificate IV in Contracting and Procurement /or higher or equivalent;
- Strong understanding of probity and evaluation in a commercial environment;
- Demonstrated experience in procurement/contract management administration, practices and processes in Government (Commonwealth or State/Territory); and
- You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance as required by the Commonwealth
