They have a reputation for developing high-quality, sustainable, innovative projects. They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team.

**Your new role**

As the Commercial Manager you are responsible for supporting senior management and project teams to manage risk and maximise commercial outcomes. Responsibilities will include;
- Ensure compliance and consistency with commercial management systems and processes through mentoring, training, audits and reviews
- Lead and manage the close out of risks, opportunities and issues
- Assist and develop the capability of project teams to have thorough understanding of Head Contract and Subcontract Agreements
- Undertake regular, detailed analysis of projects regarding commercial and administrative functions and performance
- Recruit, train and develop commercial staff to ensure high performance, positive engagement and alignment with company values

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelors degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent
- 15 years commercial construction experience in variety of sectors and project values
- Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant construction legislation
- Experience leading, mentoring teams
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
