An opportunity is now available to join their Operations team.

As Operations Officer, you will support the business across Investor Services and general Operational duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively improve and develop processes across the business.
- Support both wider operations team.
- Assist with managing relationships with external services providers.
- Action investor and adviser queries and provide a high level of customer service.
- Review and develop daily reporting to ensure no inconsistencies or errors.
- Assist with monitoring external custodian.

**Experience**:

- Experience in investor services or share registry services.
- Operations support background.
- RG146 highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
