As an established market leader, we are now rapidly expanding our presence in Australia. To strengthen our Australian team, we are seeking to appoint an _Implementation Consultant _for our 360 Encompass portfolio_._

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Implementation Consultant’s primary responsibility to deliver successful implementation and optimisation of Solventum’s 360 and CDI Engage solutions by developing and configuring software based on customer workflows and feedback. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring all deliverables are met within the scope, timeline, and regulatory requirements of each project.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of 360 and CDI Engage solutions, including planning, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Clinical SMEs, and Technical/Support teams to ensure effective software buildout tailored to specific clinical and administrative workflows.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts during implementation, managing expectations, addressing queries, and building trusted client relationships
- Assess integration points with Electronic Medical Records, Health Information Systems, and other healthcare IT systems; collaborate with client IT teams for technical deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, offering timely resolution and recommendations.
- Position requires approximately 10-20% travel, including visits to Solventum offices and customer sites as needed.

- Drive successful implementation and optimisation of 360 and CDI Engage platforms through strategic planning, workflow-driven software build, and ongoing feedback loops with customers.
- Coordinate technical deployment activities, including system build, workflow configuration, validation testing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and support teams to ensure effective implementation and post-go-live success.
- Identify and document customer requirements, support issue resolution, and act as the voice of the customer for technical issues and product improvements.

- Managing high-stakes projects in time-sensitive, resource-constrained healthcare environments, while maintaining patient care quality.
- Navigating complex stakeholder groups with varying priorities and technical proficiency Managing complex, highly integrated solutions requiring compliance with hardware, PHI, and regulatory standards.
- Overseeing implementations involving highly integrated clinical, administrative, and IT systems, with strict compliance and data security requirements.
- Balancing client expectations for localised workflows with project timelines and technical constraints

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**
- Educated to a high level, preferably degree-qualified in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.

**Experience**
- 3+ years in healthcare IT or experience in SaaS software implementations.
- Experience working with EMR environments and an understanding of Clinical Coding.
- 2-3 years in solution implementation consulting, project management, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience managing multiple customers/accounts concurrently and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with hospital software interfaces, including HL7 standards and clinical coding requirements such as ICD10AM/ACHI codes.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable configuring platforms, managing integrations and working cross-functionally with technical teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
- Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SQL, Web services, AWS and working in a SaaS/software consulting environment.
