**Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives?**

**My client is seeking a passionate Education Consultant to **partnership with schools to develop positive school cultures and build healthy social relationships within the school environment

Proving essential support to Australian schools to positively impact the wellbeing of children and young people

**Reporting directly to the CEO you will**:

- Establish, build and maintain relationships with schools, their faculty members and other key stakeholders
- Consult regularly with school representatives to identify Program implementation challenges and training needs
- Facilitate workshops and follow-up with participants to manage any program implementation needs or requests
- Consult with schools on frameworks and appropriate tools that assist them to build a strength based, whole of school wellbeing approach to incorporating the Peer Support program
- Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
- Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing the open-mindset to ad-hoc duties as required
- Manage stakeholder engagement through developing relationships, maintaining communications and coordinating engagement opportunities with allied health professionals, Departments of Education and other relevant bodies

**What we are looking for**:

- The personality to foster, build and manage relationships
- Worked in health and wellbeing, or education sector Qualifications in either the field of education, psychology or social work preferable
- Ability to manage performance independently & deliver results as part of a team
- Passionate about student wellbeing and mental health
- Driver’s licence and car
