**Your Impact**

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Category & Sourcing Manager to join our Group Procurement & Sustainability team here at Asahi Beverages. We are looking for an experienced Procurement manager that will bring their expertise to deliver sourcing activities whilst proposing innovative ways to achieve cost reduction and budgeted savings. As the Procurement Category & Sourcing Manager you will provide end to end sourcing, leadership and governance over several categories.. **Key accountabilities include**:

- Responsibile for the end to end source to pay process including spend analysis, category management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract and supplier management.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to understand internal business requirements and determine and develop best sourcing and category management strategies.
- To assist in the transition of completed sourcing transactions into the category management framework.
- To work with the business in ensuring the category delivers the forecast benefits derived from sourcing initiatives and to drive further category productivity over the term of the contract
- Innovating on and challenge all current internal business requirements to offer optimised approach to buying and new ways of working that will improve productivity and enhance customer experience
- To manage category risk in partnership with the business.
- Participating in budgeting activity for the next financial year based on existing agreements and built in cost increase/decrease.

**About You**

You’re an analytical individual with conceptual and problem-solving skills with demonstrated achievement of improvements gained from within an procurement function.

In addition, you:

- Are degree qualified with a minimum of 3+ years within sourcing/procurement experience will set you up for success
- Innovative with the ability to challenge and influence internal business requirements to offer an optimised approach to buying that will improve productivity and enhance customer experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong spend analytic, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
- A demonstrated achievement of improvements within a Procurement function
- Stakeholder management skills
- Well developed influencing skills
- Strong vendor management and supplier relationship management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability presenting to senior stakeholders
