**Your new role**
- You will be primarily responsible to image, configure and deploy Surface Pro devices to 500+ internal staff and manage the onboarding of hardware including updating asset registers.
- You will also monitor, identify and problem solve devices during rollout and manage decommissioning of equipment being replaced with Surface Pro to ensure appropriate disposal or reuse.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- To be successful in this role, sound experience in imaging and deploying desktops and laptops is essential
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to identify and assess critical issues for resolution and provide appropriate advice to users.
- You will also bring experience in sound understanding of asset management framework and be able to work within the framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
