Skillful Field Support Technician Wanted

Are you a skilled technical expert with experience in providing high-quality field-based support to clients? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for providing second-level technical support for End User Devices and Telecommunications, including data, voice, video, laptops, PCs, hardware, applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Endpoint Configuration Manager. You will be required to monitor and action the Field Services Incident Queue, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in Digital & Technology Services, including Telecommunications and End User Devices.
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve escalations for customer queries and issues.
  • Field Support: Provide field support for major incidents and operational events.

Requirements:

  • Installation & Support of End User Devices: Demonstrated proficiency in data, voice, video, laptops, PCs, hardware, applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, Endpoint Configuration Manager, Azure, imaging, and deployment.
  • Conceptual, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring they are met.
  • Teamwork: Actively participate as a member of a team to achieve both individual and team goals.
