To be eligible, you’ll need a nationally recognised **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check. **What will you do?** - Hours of work: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day - Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators. - Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework - Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families. - Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations. - Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders. **What our Rouse Hill Adelphi St families are saying**: - "The children are happy and the environment was well kept."_ - "My little one absolutely loves going to daycare here.. he settled in so quickly, and has made some amazing progress with his personal growth.
