Our instructional approach goes beyond traditional maths tutoring to develop an understanding and build a love for maths in children by teaching them maths the way that makes sense to them.

**About the role**

Mathnasium Rouse Hill is expanding and is seeking an enthusiastic, hard working & passionate Assistant Centre Director to oversee centre operations, work with students and parents and manage a team of Instructors at our centre in **Rouse Hill**.

This role will provide extensive training provided with the potential promotion to Centre Director within 6-9 months.

**Duties**
- Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre
- Train, motivate and develop instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency
- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium Methodology
- Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction

**Skills and experience**
- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
- Experience with sales is highly desirable
- Must be extremely passionate about teaching and interacting with students and parents
- Ability to engage and relate with kids
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
