**The Role**
Are you an energetic, self-starting, people and results focused team manager, with experience working in the Transport & Logistics industry? You will provide leadership and motivation to the client support service team, have high attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent results in a fast-paced industry.

**You will report to the General Manager of VIC and if these responsibilities speak to your experience this is the role for you.**
- Provide guidance, structure and training which supports development of all team members within Client Support.
- Liaise with various departments, branches, and agents to arrange, confirm, and follow up on consignment movements and enquiries.
- Generate, action, and follow up on internal reporting/discrepancies.
- Maintain ownership of escalated enquiries and ensure a timely response is provided.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager relating to the Client Support function.
- Escalate serious customer complaints or issues to the General Manager / Account Manager and work towards effective solution.
- In consultation with the General Manager, attend to underperformance and conduct issues of subordinates.
- Assist with recruitment process of Client Support team members as required.

**Success Looks Like This**
- **MUST** have previous supervisory skills and experience within the Logistics & Transport industry.
- Strong proven track record in leadership & team management.
- Professional manner and common-sense approach to work & pride yourself on attention to detail.
- Customer Centric approach
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite predominantly excel.
- Excellent presentation and communication.
