Review invoices received to ensure they are appropriate and compliant before sending through for approval to pay. Understand and carry out appropriate record and document management processes required to ensure accountability for this role. Update, maintain and monitor the relevant database systems for data quality assurance and accuracy. Undertake administrative practices and processes in accordance with legislative provisions and departmental policy and procedures to minimise potential risks and errors occurring. Provide direct support to the Advisor in managing complex and/or project matters as well as ad-hoc duties. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Actively participate in performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement. Be part of the Property Management team and provide advice and assist the Director and Manager with the implementation of business improvement activities.
