**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking polished and customer-oriented Store Business Managers (SBMs) to join our team in Melbourne. As an SBM, you will play a pivotal role in making a significant impact on the success and reputation of one of Australia's most prominent menswear brands.

As an SBM at Calibre, you will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute significantly to shaping the success of our Melbourne stores and driving the growth of a renowned menswear brand.

**Your Role**:

- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of Calibre products, including fit, fabric, and style details.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets by delivering personalized service and fostering lasting relationships with customers.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of sales consultants to consistently provide exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to maximize store profitability.
- Oversee visual merchandising to create visually appealing and well-organized store displays.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock-takes, and collaborate with the head office for replenishment orders.
- Maintain an immaculate personal presentation and ensure the same standard for the entire team.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- A strong sales mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Passion for menswear fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
- Immaculate personal presentation, representing the brand with professionalism and style.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
