Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in North Melbourne, VIC. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing and motivating store staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, the role involves fostering customer satisfaction and effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the retail industry is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is a plus
