Manager, Collections - Process Improvement and Change Management

It’s a fun and exciting time to join ING, Australia’s most recommended bank for the 3rd year running We’re on the hunt for a **Manager, Collections - Process Improvement and Change management** to join our dynamic and growing Operatio team

This role will have expertise in end-to-end Collection operations, including financial hardship and its impact on credit and regulatory risk.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Responsible for managing and implementing new projects and initiatives, including regulatory changes
- Ensuring compliance with both local and global regulatory requirements
- Managing and implementing new projects and initiatives, including regulatory changes.
- You are the Collections lead who helps interpret regulatory or legislative changes in conjunction with compliance and legal.
- Ensuring that all the collection policies and processes are in line with changing regulatory requirements and documented timely and accurately.
- Working effectively with all arears of Risk Management to ensure risk is managed at an appropriate level and within agreed criteria.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- At least 5 years in collection or operations in Banking or financial services.
- Change Management - you managed change before and know how to make things happen
- Prior exposure to regulatory projects impacting credit risk and
- Someone who likes working as part of a small team
