Kids R Us Pre School is a leading early learning center committed to providing exceptional care and education to children aged 2 to 5 years. We offer a play-based curriculum that encourages exploration and discovery, ensuring each child reaches their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Assistant Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of passionate educators. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Team Management: Provide visionary leadership and inspire a positive and inclusive culture within the center.
Assist in Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of dedicated educators, fostering their professional growth.
Assist in Conducting regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Operational Management:Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
Assist in Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and engaging environment.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators to design and implement a play-based curriculum that aligns with national standards.
Foster a love for learning through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making adjustments as necessary.
Parent and Community Engagement:Build positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and addressing their concerns.
Collaborate with community partners to provide enriching experiences and resources for children.

**Requirements**:A minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved qualifications).
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators.
Sound understanding of child development principles and best practices.
First Aid certification and Working with Children Check.
