As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier administrative support within a dynamic environment. We're looking for a proactive individual with keen attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. Your ability to think outside the box, foster relationships, and offer innovative solutions will be crucial.

**This is an 18-month parental leave contract to be based at our Eagle Farm office (hybrid 3 days a week in office)**

**Some key responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Managing schedules, appointments, and daily calendars; organizing meetings and events; and preparing necessary documents.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics.
- Task Management: Prioritizing and tracking tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Client Interaction: Engaging with clients or stakeholders, managing relationships, and sometimes acting as a liaison.
- Financial Management: Handling invoices, expense reports, or budgets, as well as basic bookkeeping tasks.

**Your Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Eligibility to obtain a Defence Baseline Clearance.
