Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, we are seeking an experienced Training and Development Officer to complement our D.R.I.V.E program. The role will be based at Warwick Farm, New South Wales but will be required to travel to various locations across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.

**About the Role**
- Assist manager in designing course material to develop our people across various roles
- Collaborate with other D.R.I.V.E trainers to integrate business objectives across the Group
- Design and deliver the compliance training modules across the Group
- Align individual succession planning to library of modules for growth
- Monitor D.R.I.V.E framework compliance to enable best practices across the Group
- Assist with the design and delivery of e-learning modules
- Assist Head of People and Culture with project initiatives

**About You**
- Growth mindset and strong emotional intelligence
- 2-3 years experience within a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management implementation
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to travel to various locations including interstate
