We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Service Advisor** with great customer service experience to join our team at **Mercedes-Benz** Service Centre in **Warwick Farm**.
**About the role**:
- As the first point of contact you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
- Ensuring the customers are given the best possible Customer Service experience
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired
- Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
- Sound Automotive technical knowledge preferred but not essential
- Current Australian drivers licence
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment
