**The Role**

We are looking for a first-class Credit Analyst to join the Bridgit team, based in Sydney, Australia. This role would be suited to someone who is passionate about joining a high-growth start-up in the fintech space, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a small team, you will get the chance to work closely with the Executive Team, help build the business and directly impact the success of Bridgit.

In particular, you will:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to solve customer or broker queries
- Have input into process improvement and credit automation
- Manage priorities, SLAs and deadlines to meet team and company goals
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures to ensure a high level of credit quality is achieved and maintained

A bit about you:

- Demonstrate financial acumen with a relevant background, understanding key metrics or are in your final year of a degree in a finance-related field.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and make informed decisions based on document verification.
- Friendly, energetic, authentic and bring a helpful approach to your work
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally
- Tenacious attention to detail ensures data integrity and identifies discrepancies.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- You have a track record of getting it done. We are output focused.
- You are passionate to learn and develop, to get stuck in and to own your area of the business
