**About the opportunity**:
The Fund and Grants Coordinator will support the delivery of specific projects and programs ensuring equitable, open and transparent processes and alignment to Suburban Rail Loop (SRL). To support the establishment of new grants programs, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Fund and Grants Coordinator to join a newly formed grants team.

Reporting to the Fund and Grants Manager, the Coordinator will be responsible for administering;
- The grants management system,
- Coordinating performance reports
- Maintaining risk and issues registers
- Coordinating the Grants Assessment Panel and being the key interface with the Finance team to administer payments and respond to applicant administrative issues.
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for systems, process and continuous improvement
- Ability to work flexibly across different stages of the grant lifecycle
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Victorian Government briefing, reporting and correspondence procedures
