**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Publish job advertisements for various roles across the state, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational standards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Review selection documentation for baseline compliance.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meticulously proofread documents and job postings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
- Prior experience in human resources or recruitment is preferred but not required.
