**About your new role**

As a Lead Educator (full-time role only) you will support and nurture your team, enabling them to inspire a love of learning in the children and fostering their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.

The brand new centre is a sight to behold, boasting natural surroundings, including a lush green outdoor space with a vegetable garden and terrific indoor spaces adorned with natural elements. It's a place where children can develop strength and self-confidence and where you can find inspiration in every corner.

**What we need from you**
- Experience leading a team of educators or a natural ability to
- A completed ACECQA-approved Diploma (or above)
- A confident and articulate communicator who is team-orientated.
- A good problem solver and can think on your feet
- Skilled in documentation, observation and recording of children's ongoing learning
- Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 Monday to Friday

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
