Your Role

You will:

  • Lead a vibrant and values-driven Boarding Program
  • Develop and oversee a team of dedicated boarding staff, promoting best practice and strong student care
  • Ensure every student feels safe, inspired and connected — culturally, socially, and personally
  • Collaborate with academic, pastoral and extra-curricular teams to align the boarding experience with school life
  • Engage actively with families, communities and external networks
  • Promote the Boarding Program across Queensland and beyond

You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a residential or pastoral care setting
  • A student-centred philosophy and passion for holistic education
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Cultural awareness, particularly in relation to Indigenous students and families
  • Knowledge of ABSA duty of care requirements and child safety standards
  • Ability to lead and inspire with empathy and high expectations
