**The Company**
An exciting financial services brand that has been set up as a joint venture between two established multi-national brands, this business continues to grow and expand their presence in the Sydney market.

**The Role**
The Graduate Legal and Compliance Officer will be closely supporting the CRO with managing the compliance and documentation activities across the business. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing compliance obligations to ensure rules and regulations are met.
- Legal research and advisory to the CRO.
- Monitoring and testing to ensure policies and procedures are up to date.
- Collaborating across all departments to support on legal, risk management and internal audits.
- Documentation and reporting for compliance, and record keeping.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
