We are expanding & Pace Entertainment is opening up a position for a tour travel administrator to join our team. This is a full time position.

Our company is looking for an individual who will be involved in booking the travel, accommodation, freight, and logistics for touring events and acts as they perform around Australia, New Zealand and the world.

Do you have:

- Previous or current experience in the travel, and or entertainment/events arena
- The ability to book flights, accommodation, and travel within budgets and deadlines
- An understanding of the world, including cultural differences in communication and the ability to plan and book across different regions with knowledge of global travel
- The ability to create, plan the most efficient strategies for moving personnel throughout regional and metro areas
- A strong understanding of how to use the internet and google suite, as well as the ability to company software
- Understanding what is required to achieve the above including but not limited to; processes, publicity, policies, etc.
- You understand the responsibility and accountability within your role
- You have the initiative and creativity to work independently within the parameters of the businesses goals, aims and objectives, paired with the impeccable communication skills and consideration needed to work in a team
- Multi-disciplinary skills with a large amount of common sense

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
