**PROJECT OFFICER**
**DEPARTMENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY**

**About the role**
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual for a fixed-term 12-month Project Officer role. You will support the delivery of a broad range of projects and events across the Department of the Legislative Assembly, contribute to working groups and project teams, and provide general administrative assistance as required.

You will proactively contribute to business improvement activities and projects, including the digitisation of work processes, and the development and maintenance of databases and other business systems, as well as public engagement events and activities.

**About you**
To succeed in the role, you will have experience in coordinating projects, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to display initiative, be responsive and deliver outcomes. You will be flexible, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, enjoy multitasking and work effectively as a member of a team. You thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same.
