**About the role**
Our Systems and Controls business unit are looking for an additional Cost Control Officer to join their team with skills in the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of cost controls, systems and processes.
In this role you will be undertaking or assisting in the regular review and analysis of program performance, influencing and negotiating with key internal and external stakeholders and support the Month End Cost reporting cycle. Detailed accountabilities and required technical capabilities can be found in the position description (see link below).
This is a three (3) year fixed term position, with hybrid working arrangements (a mix of office and home/remote based working). Working flexibly, you may be working from an alliance office based in Moorabbin or in our head office located in Melbourne’s CBD. You will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.
**About you**
You should ideally be a person who works well with others and demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritise, plan and deliver on your key tasks.
Your experience in the context of a major transport infrastructure project would be highly regarded and a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or Quantity Surveying would also be desirable. You might also be looking for a change from your current career path and have transferable skills that you think we should know about in the context of the roles.
