**The Role**
As a contract Trainer & Assessor, you will energise the ambitions of our students, enabling their growth, enhancing their professional skills, and enriching their career pathways.

You will be responsible for delivering quality Vocational Educational Training (VET) and conducting assessments in a range of contemporary settings. This role involves developing innovative learning activities and assessment strategies to captivate and aid learners in their professional journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging training in accordance with ZEL's guidelines and protocols, both **face-to-face and online**.
- Provide personalised learning support, catering to each learner's unique needs, including language, literacy, and numeracy challenges.
- Drive learner success by fostering a learning atmosphere that motivates and guides learners to course completion.
- Maintain and update industry knowledge relevant to the courses delivered, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
- Comply with all lawful and reasonable directions issued by the company and adhere to company policies.

- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support
- CHC40421 Certificate IV in Youth Work
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Business
- BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
- FNS30322 Certificate III in Accounts Administration
- BSB30120 Certificate III in Business
- BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business
- BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- BSB51319 Diploma of Work Health and Safety

Constructional and Civil
- CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry
- CPC40120 - Certificate IV in Building and Construction

Horticulture
- AHC30921 Certificate III in Landscape Construction

**Selection Criteria**
- A current **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment**.
- A c**urrent and relevant qualifications or Units of the Vocational Qualification** responsible for delivering (as listed above).
- Relevant industry experience within the past 3 years.
- Computer skills in Microsoft software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Eligible for a working with children card or the ability to acquire one (if required).
- Open driver’s license.

**Desirable**
- Eligible for a positive Police Check, Blue Card, and Yellow Card.
- Current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
