**About the team**:
Finance makes it easier for us to win together as a business. Our team works side-by-side with every other team to help bring commercial thinking into what they do and make moves that support our strategic business decisions.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced **Accounts Receivables coordinator** to join our team on a **six month fixed term** contract.

**About the Role**:
Reporting into our Accounts Receivables and investigation team, you will be responsible
For Co-ordinating customer management including payment allocations, customer master data and ad hoc invoices. You will also
- Co-ordinate collection of debt from customers (letters, phone calls, referral to debt collection agency)
- Report on customer aged debt and doubtful debt provisioning
- Review Accounts Receivable processes in accordance with Coles policy
- Provide offshore assistance to the Accounts Receivable team
- Assist in resolution of internal / external escalated queries
- Assist with change management and project related activity

**About you and your skills**

We are looking for an experienced accounts receivable professional who is enthusiastic and can deliver with passion. You will also need:

- 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable processing role or similar
- Administrative experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Tertiary qualification in finance related discipline desirable
- Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong accounts receivable knowledge and problem-solving skills
