**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Research & Capability Manager** to be part of our Advanced Capability Unit Cybercrime Squad, State Crime Command team. The Research & Capability Manager is responsible for the overall strategic research, development and engineering efforts supporting the NSWPF Digital Intelligence Support Capability. The role directly manages unsworn Research & Capability Specialists in the conduct of authorised technical operations and providing digital intelligence and evidence targeting, exploitation, collection, analysis and presentation capabilities in support of NSWPF investigations into serious and organised crime.

Total remuneration package: $171,766. Package includes salary ($148,885 - $155,445), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. In addition to this, up to a $20,000 specialist skills allowance and the reimbursement of reasonable relocation costs will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
