About the Role:
The Telco Product Owner will oversee the implementation of initiatives within in the Telco strategic uplift program, that will aim to enhance AGL’s customer experience through telco-specific digital improvement projects.

Operating within an Agile continuous improvement framework, the Product will be responsible for collaborating across the business to execute initiatives outlined in the Telco strategic uplift.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the team to implementing successful improvements under Agile way of working.- Own and define the vision and roadmap for your respective domain, aligned to customer needs and business objectives.- Design, prototype develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with user experience and customer journey teams.- Lead shaping processes end to end, including defining requirements, scope, MVP, drafting and managing the shaping plan and identifying and managing risks and dependencies.- Work with relevant members of scrum teams to ensure delivery of new initiatives.- Define user stories and represent the customer and business in detailed discussions with developer and testing teams.- Prioritise and maintain the product backlog and ensure there is always shaped work ready for the development teams.- Establish, track and report on success metrics for newly launched product features.

About you:
- Demonstrated experience within digital product ownership experience.- Extensive experience working in an agile digital experience.- Commercial thinking - ability to assess value and make product decisions.- Strong communication skills - ability to present to key stakeholders and teams and develop a backlog of key features, user stories and goals for sprints.- Solid understanding of using digital analytics to understand customer behaviour and make data driven decisions.- Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent business experience.
