In being a key driver in seamless safe operations across the site, key aspects of your role will include: - Leading a reliability centred maintenance program, with a focus on utilisation of effective oil testing and thermography tools - Develop the site’s maintenance plan, with the goal of minimising plant down time and reliance on major shut periods - Driving a maintenance culture of continuous improvement across the organisation - Engaging effectively with the broader business, particularly with Production and Project teams, to ensure strong collaboration and ultimately production efficiency - Ongoing development of your maintenance team as well as longer term succession planning This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a position with a focus across both maintenance and people leadership, high levels of influence, within an organisation that has a track record of investing in the ongoing improvement and upgrade of their assets. **About You** You’ll bring depth of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, processing or broader industrial environments and hold either trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or a related field.
