**About Your New Role**

Reporting directly into the General Manager and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a team of maintenance specialists and contractors, driving both maintenance execution and strategy across this impressive facility. In being a key driver in seamless safe operations across the site, key aspects of your role will include:

- Leading a reliability centred maintenance program, with a focus on utilisation of effective oil testing and thermography tools
- Develop the site’s maintenance plan, with the goal of minimising plant down time and reliance on major shut periods
- Driving a maintenance culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
- Engaging effectively with the broader business, particularly with Production and Project teams, to ensure strong collaboration and ultimately production efficiency
- Ongoing development of your maintenance team as well as longer term succession planning

**About You**

You’ll bring depth of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, processing or broader industrial environments and hold either trade or tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or a related field. As this is a people-focused role, you will have strong people leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and development, as well as the ability to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your stakeholder engagement capability will also be critical, to ensure effective collaboration across the organisation.
