Responsible for leading a team of data engineers, designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, drive the execution of large data engineering projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor our data engineering team
- Define, create and publish the data architecture standards
- Assist in managing our cloud based data platform
- Manage project scopes, resources, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders extensively

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Proven experience managing a team
- Experience building large data assets
- Proficient coding skills - especially with Python
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles and practices
- Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms - especially GCP
- The ability to jump on the tools to assist the team when required
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
