**About Us**
Trippas White Group operates some of Sydney’s most iconic venues, and we are thrilled to be launching **Lee Ho Fook Sydney** at Porter House. Known for its innovative modern Chinese cuisine, Lee Ho Fook is set to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
**About the Role**
We are on the hunt for professional **Casual Wait Staff** to join the opening team. You will be the face of the restaurant, providing attentive and engaging service that matches the calibre of the food and wine offering.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver seamless table service in a fine dining setting
- Assist guests with menu and beverage selections
- Ensure all service steps are executed to the highest standards
- Work closely with the FOH team to deliver a smooth guest experience
- Maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times
**What We’re Looking For**
- Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
- Previous experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants
- Exceptional customer service skills - our number one priority
- Team-oriented, reliable and proactive approach
- Knowledge of wine and confidence in service
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Outstanding Customer Service
**What We Offer**

Pay: $32.21 - $66.75 per hour
