**Sydney - Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore**

**Final Touch Builders’ Clean** is a Sydney-based cleaning company specialising in final cleans for high-end residential builders. We are currently expanding our trusted network of subcontractors and are looking for professional, detail-focused teams to join us on a subcontracting basis.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-person cleaning teams (minimum) - larger teams welcome
- Reliable and experienced in post-construction or detailed residential cleaning
- Ability to attend sites and provide quotes where required
- Strong references and high attention to detail
- Willingness to follow our detailed quality control checklist

**You Must Have**:

- ABN
- Your own vehicle
- Public liability insurance
- Police check
- All cleaning equipment and materials suitable for post-construction cleans
