We are a family owned and run property maintenance business servicing commercial and residential clients (including those in the NDIS and Aged Care sector). We pride ourselves in looking after our team.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic **subcontractor cleaners **to cater to the cleaning needs of our many NDIS and Aged Care clients all across Sydney. We extend a warm invitation to mothers seeking flexible hours during school times to apply

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning.
- Dusting.
- Vacuuming and mopping.
- Window cleaning (with further training).
- Office cleaning.

These duties require a **proficient level of fitness**, ensuring that you're able to perform tasks effectively without any underlying health conditions or injuries hindering your performance.

You will often become what our clients consider a member of their family, so trust is a huge factor.

We can offer you **flexible start and finish times**, with the option to work within school hours if necessary.

**Full training is provided**, ensuring you're equipped with the skills to excel in your role.

Our subcontractors entry rate (after full training) is **$35/hr**.

There is also **ample potential for growth **within the company, with opportunities to progress into administrative or managerial roles.

Currently in urgent need of subcontractors to complete early morning shifts 7AM-9AM at Westfield Liverpool, Merrylands and Chatswood.

Please note that a **police check**, **a car** and **driver license** will be required upon employment.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
