**LOSS ADJUSTER - DIGITAL FIRST SOLUTION**

**Primary responsibilities**
- Perform Digital Adjusting of claims, leveraging digital & field technologies, in doing so
- Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation
- Determine whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy
- Deliver loss adjusting services that meet or exceed the service standards required by the client
- Calculate the cost of repair and/or replacement (reserve)
- Review scope of work and schedules of loss to ensure applicability
- If required, facilitate the rectification, remediation or re-instatement of damaged property including emergency repairs with appropriate experts (builders, trades, technical services) in a seamless and connected process
- Authorise or recommend settlement of claims within your delegation

**About you**
- ANZIIF qualification, Tertiary education or work experience in a related field
- Two years prior experience within the insurance industry
- Completion of a relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Two years prior experience in a related trade background
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Industry leading knowledge of the insurance industry (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes and products
