Executive Loss Adjuster

**Purpose**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Construction and Engineering Loss Adjuster to join our growing team in Sydney. This role would suit someone with at least 7+ years experience and able to demonstrate a proven track record of working within the Construction Loss Adjusting field. Ideally you will be an Associate member of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters and have Engineering qualifications or Construction Industry experience.
**Key Accountabilities**
Responsibilities include:
- Manage own portfolio of claims from appointment to settlement;
- Assist with marketing and account management for key clients;
- Build professional relationships internally and externally with stakeholders;
- Undertake projects and other ad hoc work as required.
**Experience and Qualifications**
**Essential**:
- 7+ years of Loss Adjusting experience
**Desirable**:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Construction or equivalent industry experience
- AICLA Associate Membership
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Demonstrated investigation and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to achieve competing demands;
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively;
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
